Knife gate valve depends on the knife shape disc to cut off media. When high leakage requirement is demanded, O-ring can be inserted into seat to ensure bi-directional performance. It is widely used in petrochemical, coal mining, sugar processing, waster water treatment, paper making industries. For pulp and paper manufacture, knife gate valve is frequently regarded as ideal regulation and throttling device.
