Structural features and benefits of high pressure rating stop valve

High pressure rating stop valve is suitable for pipeline of ANSI CLASS 1500-3500LB and working temperature of -29 ~ 570 degrees in sectors of petroleum, chemical, thermal power stations and other working conditions. The applicable medium are water, petroleum, steam, etc.

Structural features and benefits of stop valves are as follows:

1. The high pressure rating stop valve is designed and manufactured according to ANSI B16.34, E101 standards, and can be used directly with advanced rugged equipment.

2. The bonnet cavity of the stop valve adopts a pressure sealed structure. The higher the pressure in the inner cavity, the better the sealing performance. The two ends of the branch pipe are butt-welded to meet different requirements of the connection.

3. The body and bonnet of high pressure rating stop valve shall have sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity. The channel is smooth and the fluid resistance is small.

4. The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is collated by STELLITE hard alloy. The sealing surface has high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good anti-abrasion performance and long service life.

5. Valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, and has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

6. The bonnet stuffing box depth is reasonable, the packing is added with corrosion inhibitor.

7. The stop valve of high pressure rating has a backseat tructure to ensure that the valve does not leak through the valve stem when it is opened.

8. The opening and closing of the stop valve is controlled by electric actuators. The electric actutors are equipped with special motors, reducers, torque control mechanisms, on-site operating mechanisms, manual and electric switching mode. In addition to local operation, remote operation is also possible.
