Basic knowledge of pneumatic thread end ball valve


 

 

1.   Product overview

   The valve body casting adopts advanced technology introduced from Germany, with reasonable structure. Equipped with stroke limit switch, solenoid valve, 3-piece and 0.4-0.7MPa air source can realize the switching operation, and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the switch of the valve. Internally threaded pneumatic ball valve seat adopts elastic sealing structure, easy opening and closing, and reliable sealing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-loaded structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity is abnormally pressurized, the valve stem will not be impacted. A 90 ° switch positioning mechanism can be set and locked as required to prevent misoperation.

 

  Pneumatic thread end ball valve is suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0 4.0MPa, working temperature -29 180 (seal ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or -29 300 (seal ring is para-polystyrene). They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. With various selection of materials, thread end pneumatic ball valve can be used for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, ammonia brine, neutralized water and other media. This ball valve is suitable for used in food, beverage, medicine, chemical and other pure pipelines , industrial environmental protection, water treatment, high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage pipelines for opening and closing or regulating flow.
