Wedge type gate valves act as reliable devices to connect and close the fluid in pipeline of in oil & gas, petrochemical refinery, coal-fired power generation and water treatment. It comes with two types of solid wedge and flexible. Solid wedge is designed in one-piece model while flexible wedge offers a wedge shape for both seats . The seats can be hard faced treatment of stainless steel and alloy steel to create good performance of abrasion resistance.

2. Wedge can be one-piece solid type. Flexible wedge has slight resilience to compensate for the machining deviation to form a better sealing；

3. Rising stem, outside yoke, bolted bonnet；

5. Valve can be operated with pressure loaded；

6. Small friction between disc and seat to offer a reliable sealing and longer lifespan；
